Anthonette Klinkerman has been in public education for 18 years. She started her public speaking in 2009, with her first Courtesy Bootcamp™ session. From there she penned a book to accompany her "crash course in courtesy". In 2013 she wrote Battle of the Grandmas, her award-winning children's book. In 2016 she released Aloha, Mr. Hand: An Alternative Trip Through Education as a tribute to the night high school where she taught for ten years. 

Klinkerman lives and continues to teach in Colorado alongside her husband and daughter, and two felines.
